What is Budrus and how does it work?+

Budrus is a set of programmed AI agents that monitor your search rankings and your brand's presence in AI answers. They run on a schedule, compare each result with the last one, and deliver a report with a documented fix for every issue.

Where does the data come from?+

Rankings, search results and keyword metrics come from licensed search data providers, not from scraped estimates. AI answers are recorded by running your real buying questions against the AI engines.

How are the agents set up for my company?+

At onboarding the agents are configured with your site, markets, competitors and goals. Every result is then filtered against your business, so you see only what is relevant to you.

How much does Budrus cost?+

Starter is €190 per company per month and Growth is €390. Enterprise is priced to your scope. Yearly billing includes two months free.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?+

Yes. Plans are billed per company and can be changed or cancelled at any time.

Are there any additional fees?+

Additional markets are €150 per month on Starter and Growth. Enterprise integrations and support are quoted individually.

How do the agents track AI search results?+

They run your buying questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity on a schedule, record which models cite your brand, and report your share of citations against tracked competitors. Each run is compared with the last.

A single AI answer varies from run to run and depends on who asks. The agents run the same questions on a schedule under the same conditions, keep every result, and compare each run with the last, so you see a trend and your share of citations instead of one answer.

How are recommendations delivered?+

In a monthly report, each finding with the evidence, the likely cause and a ready-to-use fix.

What permissions are required?+

None to start. A website address and an email are enough. Later, on larger plans, you can optionally connect read-only Google data for sharper reports.

How often is data refreshed?+

Reports are monthly. Ask a question any time and the answer arrives by email, or by Slack or text message on Growth and Enterprise.
